Immunity|Booster|Tea|Cold|Flu
Immune boosting tea is the best way to stay healthy during the cold winter months and help fight off a cold or flu!
To prepare immunity booster tea , take a sauce pan and add following ingredients in 2 cups of water
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of water
- Pinch of turmeric
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 inch ginger
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 crushed clove
- 5-6 fresh Tulsi leaves
- 1/2 tsp carom seed
Let it boil for approx 8 to 10 mins till all the flavours infuse properly. Now add jaggery powder according to your taste. Filter in a cup and your immunity booster tea is ready!
Tips:
You can also make premix powder for immunity booster tea and use it as and when required.
Preparation:
Grind below ingredients to prepare premix powder
- Dry Tulsi leaves and grind it into powder
- 2 tsp Cinamon powder
- 1 tsp Ginger powder
- 7-8 Cloves
- 2 tsp Black pepper corn
- 1 tsp Carom seed
- 1 tsp Mulethi powder ( Optional)
For 1 cup of tea , add 1 tsp of above premix powder with pinch of turmeric , boil it well.
