Click on "Layout" and then on "Sidebar" gadget click on "pages"
Step 11 : Click on "Disclaimer" check box and this option will be added to drag and drop table as below and save it:
Step 12 : Save about layout and then view your blog and you will see "disclaimer" option on your blog as below
Step 13 :Click on "Disclaimer" and you will see a page like below:
