Ingredients
- 1 cup thick poha
- 2 tsp curd (optional)
- 1 medium-size finely chopped onion
- 1 small size boiled potato
- 1 tbsp rice flour
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- 2-3 finely chopped green chilies
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- salt to taste
- oil for shallow fry
- 1 to 2 teaspoon of roasted gram flour or sattu
- pinch of black pepper
