This is one of the most untouched topic by most of the blogger, so i have decided to guide you through this. You will face difficulty in getting Google AdSense approval without having this page on your website or blog.
Steps to create Contact Us link on your blog:
Step 1: Using same gmail id as you have used for your blog, navigate to google forms as below
Log in to your Google Account -> My Drive ->Google Forms-> Form Template->Contact Information ( Template)
In the below form you can decide whatever field you want to keep mandatory and what all optional.
Like, contact information you can keep optional however email can be mandatory.
These are the information any users trying to contact you needs to fill up in this contact form.
Address field - no need to keep it
mandatory, so you can turn off required field unless you want to keep it. You
can also delete this using delete button below.
Go to this tab as shown below and copy HTML code and save it on word doc or note pad.
We need to copy this HTML code to our Contact Us Page created in our dashboard.
Create a New Page for Contact Us in our dashboard as shown below and copy that HTML code:
Select on right hand side under Options -> Do not allow,Show existing
Click on "Save" and Publish it
Back to your blogger dashboard and you will see Contact Us page created as below:
Now we need to navigate to " Layout" section and add this Contact Us page to Sidebar Gadget.
Click on " Add a Gadget" and add " Pages" option from the list shown.
Page option will be added to Side bar
You need to option this Page and you will see "Contact Us" option unchecked.
Select this Contact Us option to add this as a page to your Side bar as below.
Click "Save"
Save this layout and you can now view your page from dashboard.
You should see Contact Us option displayed as below on your page.
You can click on " Contact Us" page and below form will open
Any visitor to your blog can enter relevant information on this form to connect with you.
